Geist
Park (in Hamilton County)
Parking: There is safe parking for about
40 to 50 cars.
Path to River: It is an easy 100 yard carry
on a flat gravel path to the river.
River Access: There is plenty of room to
load several boats at a time, and the park is a
great place to linger while unloading.
Located on Florida Road just west of Luxhaven,
public rest rooms and playground equipment are available
at the beautiful Geist Park. Note that the park
is open from dawn until dusk, and the gate is locked
upon closing.
